Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the original receipt date (24 hours for perishable items including produce, meat, milk, ready-to-serve, frozen items and bakery goods. No return of any live seafood). They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. This number is essential for us to track and process your return efficiently.

When returning a product, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. This helps us maintain the quality and freshness of our products.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
